Take 3-4 medium size of radish and remove the outer layer.  Wash radish with fresh water after removing the outer layer. Use grinder or juicer to make radish juice. Try to make and drink this juice once in a day, to protect your body and skin.

Fruity Radish Juice:

Required Items:

Carrots( 2-3 medium size)
Radishes(4-5 medium size)
1 Apple
1 orange
100 ml water(1 small cup)

Process of making:  Wash all the fruits, and remove the outer layer of every fruit. Cut the apple in 4 pieces and remover the apple seeds.  Put all fruits one by one in a juicer and wait for 50 to 80 seconds.
